Tom Wilde
Chief Executive Officer
Tom Wilde is a widely recognized leader in the field of Internet search and online advertising, and prior to becoming RAMP’s CEO has held numerous leadership roles in the field including SVP/GM of the Consumer Division at domain portfolio company NameMedia, senior vice president and general manager of MIVA Inc.’s North American division, responsible for both MIVA’s U.S. online advertising network as well as the company’s consumer business, and senior operating roles managing Terra Lycos’ global search & publishing divisions. Tom has also served on the IAB Search Engine Committee and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Stephen Baker
President, Chief Revenue Officer
As RAMP’s President & Chief Revenue Officer, Stephen is responsible for all customer facing activities, including business development, advertising sales, and client services. A veteran of the online search and publishing industry, Stephen joined RAMP from leadership roles at Reed Elsevier, FAST, and Yahoo. Most recently, Stephen was CEO of RB Search, Reed Elsevier’s strategic business unit tasked with developing Reed’s cross-business global search engine and search marketing platform to support over 1,000 RBI and affiliate sites. At FAST Stephen was VP/General manager responsible for all of FAST’s strategic business development initiatives and customer delivery lifecycle. Under Stephen’s leadership, FAST’s revenues grew from $26M to $129M over a three year period, and he was a key contributor to FAST’s successful $100M sale of its Web Search business unit to Yahoo.
Raymond Lau, PhD
Chief Technology Officer
Raymond Lau has been leading entrepreneurial technology efforts for over two decades. Prior to joining RAMP, he was a senior technology lead for IBM’s Content Discovery Services group, which acquired iPhrase Technologies, Inc., a company Ray co-founded. iPhrase was a provider of high value enterprise search solutions to Fortune 1000 customers including Charles Schwab, Staples and CA. Some of Ray’s other entrepreneurial efforts include Handango, a leading distributor of software for mobile devices and StuffIt, the data archival standard on MacOS from 1987 onwards. Dr. Lau received his S.B., S.M. and Ph.D., all in computer science, from MIT. His doctoral work was in the area of syllable modeling for voice recognition.
Joe Lichtman
Vice President, Product
Joe Lichtman is VP of Product at RAMP where he is responsible for product and technical strategy. Prior to this role, Joe led Technical Sales and successfully launched RAMP’s Managed Services program. With over 10 years of experience in developing and delivering technology products and solutions, Joe most recently held product management positions at Microsoft and FAST Search & Transfer, where he was responsible for product strategy and marketing for the Media market.
Nate Treloar
Vice President, Strategic Partnerships
Nate Treloar is VP of Technology for Strategic Markets at RAMP where he is responsible for expanding RAMP’s industry leading Content Optimization and Video Search solutions into new markets. Prior to RAMP, Nate was the Principal Search Technology Evangelist in the Microsoft Enterprise Search Group and held responsibility for the group’s technology innovation and evangelism programs.
Matt McGinty
Vice President, Account Management
Matt McGinty is VP of Account Management at RAMP where he is responsible for growing and maintaining all existing business. With over 10 years experience in enterprise search, eCommerce and web technologies, Matt has most recently been an entrepreneur and held leadership roles in Technical Sales at FAST Search & Transfer. Matt holds his MBA from Western New England University and BSBA in Management and Computer Information Systems from Western New England University.
Blake Karpe
Vice President, Sales
Blake Karpe leads Ramp’s worldwide sales organization and is responsible for growing the company’s global customer base and driving revenue. He has over 20 years of experience in Enterprise and Media sales, including sales leadership roles at Fast Search & Transfer, Computer Associates, cXense, SupportSoft and Stamps.com. Most recently, Blake was GM & SVP of cXense’s North American operations where he was responsible for the companies field operations and successfully growing the companies customer and revenue base. At Fast Search & Transfer Blake was VP & GM of the Media business and helped grow the business from $5M to $120M in annual revenue.
Allyson Pelletier
Vice President, Marketing
Allyson Pelletier is responsible for all of RAMP’s brand marketing, campaign development, and demand generation activities. Before joining RAMP, she held various product management and marketing roles at Woburn-based LogMeIn, including VP of Segment Marketing, head of international marketing, and Senior Product Marketing Manager, where she was responsible for bringing the company’s tablet and smartphone app, LogMeIn Ignition, to market in 2008. Prior to LogMeIn, Allyson held various leadership positions in product management and marketing at Kadient (now Qvidian).
